Speech Writing

A speech is written in hopes to impact on the audience, such as to elicit an action, evoke an emotion or influence an opinion. Storytelling helps the speaker achieve these goals, so both of the speeches below weave in part of my story.

Direct Mail Letter

Direct mail letters can come in any form — snail mail, email, catalogs, brochures and more — to directly reach the target audience. They evoke a sense of urgency in the reader to act quickly.

Feature Pitch and Feature

A feature shares a story of human interest that is usually creative and about something in which the target audience is less aware. The pitch tells an editor, for example, why the editor should publish the feature.

Public Service Announcement

PSAs aim to persuade, inform or advocate for an issue; they are aired on radio or television.

Communication Audit

A communication audit analyzes an organization’s collaborations with other organizations, hierarchy, website, products, structure and more. It looks at the company internally and externally and assesses the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.

Additional Fact Sheets

Fact sheets provide information on a certain topic in bullet point form. They may be about frequently asked questions, an organization’s services, the history of the organization and more.
